DO YOU WORK FOR OIL & GAS OR PIPELINE COMPANIES?

Absolutely not! We only work for Landowners and individuals who own oil & gas assets in Alberta & Saskatchewan. We are incredibly passionate about our Landowner representation and are committed to levelling the playing field for our members. We feel it would be disingenuous to represent Landowners while simultaneously representing gas or pipeline companies.

DO YOU HAVE A POSITIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH OIL & GAS COMPANIES?

Yes. We have negotiated many surface leases, pipeline agreements, and many other contracts with different companies. Through representing many Landowners, we have built positive working relationships with companies and their representatives. These healthy working relationships have often enabled us to expedite the negotiation process and maintain lines of communication. However, do not confuse a "working relationship" with anything more than a strictly "working" relationship, as our clients are always first. Building positive working relationships has proven to be a valuable tool in representing Landowners to obtain the most robust agreements for their property.

REPRESENTATION FEES?

Give us a call to discuss our fee agreement options, and we can answer any questions you have. We structure our oil & gas fees to help and protect the Landowner, not exploit them.

Effectively representing our clients is not a part-time job. We only represent our members on oil & gas issues. Our primary commitment is providing the best possible Landowner oil & gas representation to every one of our clients.

Section 25 Management Ltd. will work tirelessly to ensure each client obtains the best possible result for their situation. Therefore, when you become a member, you are not a name on a file but a member of the Section 25 Management family that will receive the personal attention your situation deserves.

NOT EVERYONE UNDERSTAND'S THE IMPORTANCE OF A FAMILY FARM. SO HOW DO WE KNOW THAT YOU DO?

From a personal standpoint, my childhood and family background provides a unique understanding of the heartfelt value of each Landowner's property. As the son of an Alberta farmer, I genuinely appreciate the more profound value of a Landowner's real property.

Our family farm has passed down from generation to generation and still serves as the backbone asset of our family. I grew up with a love and appreciation for the family farm and continue to carry this perspective into our representation of each client.

Understanding the deeper value of a family's property motivates me to aggressively seek to secure the most advantageous agreements for our clients.

Quite simply, Section 25 Management represents all clients as if negotiating an oil & gas agreement for their own family's farm.
